Features

Multigrow® mineral wool has a horizontal fibre structure resulting in a very equal distribution of the nutritive solution everywhere in the slab. Due to its high capillarity even the upper layer is fully available for the roots. By making use of a two layer black and white plastic wrap, roots in Multigrow® are protected from harmful light transparency. Because of this superior root volume, crops get the maximum out of Multigrow®.

Multigrow® mineral wool is a non-corrosive, germ-free, inert and sterile product. Multigrow® enables the professional grower to start his next crop in a quick,  clean and thus efficient manner.

Product range

Multigrow® is available as growing slabs, propagation blocks and seeding plugs.

Growing slabs  - available in three different densities and in many different dimensions:

MG 50:  The light-weight mineral wool with a high porosity, mainly applied

            as a one year growing medium.

MG 65 and 70: The mid-weight mineral wool and slightly more “body” for

                    two years use.

MG 80: The heavy-weight mineral wool for several years use

          (ornamental crops).
